The Pack Privacy Policy
D-fa Dogs believes that looking after each other in what
can sometimes be a dog-eats-dog world. This includes
respecting and protecting the privacy of our customer or
partner information - whether collected online, via
email or off line - in any part of the world. Our strict
privacy policy is noted below and is rigorously enforced
by our team and their highly trained guard dogs.

D-fa Dogs only collects personal information that you
have voluntarily provided and that is specifically
related to our business or understanding our customers
better – for example your feedback on your dog, sizing
and outdoor equipment.
We will not sell your personal information to a 3rd
party. Information on D-fa Dogs customers or business
partners is only used by D-fa Dogs for D-fa Dogs related
business.
Only D-fa staff that need to have access to personal
information have access. All our staff are aware of our
privacy commitments and the importance of following
them. D-fa Dogs operates a clear ‘opt in’ subscription
policy for email communication. All new customers must
specifically give us their email address and be aware we
are sending them a D-fa Dogs email newsletter.
Any person, customer or partner may permanently ‘opt
out’ at any time from our email newsletters by clicking
the prominent ‘Unsubscribe’ button. We will not send
them email newsletters or other marketing related
messages again.

D-fa Dogs customers (ie: those who have purchased a
D-fa Dogs product and responded to our invitation to
join the pack) or business partners with whom we have a
direct and ongoing relationship may be added to our
email newsletter database list as part of our
communication – however you may opt out at any time.
If you provide us with personal information about
you, you should advise us on info@D-fa Dogs.co.nz if the
information changes, so we can update our records. We
may contact you from time to time to check that
information we hold is still accurate.
Collection, Use and
Management of Your Personal Information
D-fa uses the information provided by you or generated
by your use of the website to provide you with any
services or goods you may request from D-fa. D-fa also
uses information collected from you to assess the
performance of the website and to ensure that the
website serves your needs in the most efficient manner

our mail-outs, we require those suppliers to agree to

5. Combining Information: D-fa may combine any
information that it collects from you with information
collected by its related companies.
6. Storage: You should be aware that information
which D-fa collects from you maybe stored or processed
outside of New Zealand.
7. Data Transmission: Unfortunately, no data
transmission over the internet can be guaranteed as
totally secure. Whilst D-fa strives to protect such
information, we do not warrant and cannot ensure
complete security of any information that you transmit
to us. Accordingly, any information that you transmit to
us is transmitted at your own risk. Nevertheless, once
we receive your transmission, we will take reasonable
steps to preserve the security of such information.
8. Waiver: If D-fa waives any rights available to it
under this Privacy Policy on one occasion, this does not
mean that those rights will automatically be waived on
any other occasion.
9. Severability: If any provision of this Privacy
Policy is held to be invalid, void, unenforceable or
illegal for any reason, such provision shall be deemed
to be severed from this Privacy Policy and the remaining
provisions shall continue in full force.

Collecting Information: Whenever you access this
website, D-fa will collect the following types of
