The Cool-Collar is a simple way of helping to keep your dog’s body temperature in a safe range by keeping their chest area wet and cool. Either fill it with ice (when outside) or with the non-toxic, reusable chill strip (inside or outside) which wets the coat as it melts. The combination of the cool strip and the melting ice gives some evaporative cooling effect.
