  Returns and Exchanges and other D-fa Disasters 
On behalf of your dog (whom is glad you chose something from D-fa-Dogs and decided against hand-knitting a jumper for him) and from all of us at D-fa-Dogs, thanks for shopping at our web-store.  

We hope that everything arrives safely and that your d-fa-dog enjoys our d-fa-dog-gear.  

We get it right most of the time but if in this case something has gone wrong, we will do everything we can to fix it.  
So, if you have any questions about your order you can contact us by email at any time at growl@d-fa.com; or you can call us on +64 3 443 6129. If calling, please remember that you are calling New Zealand and there is a time difference (NZST is UTC/GMT +12 hours) and it is an international call for you.

If you want to return the purchase
You may return any item for a refund or exchange, within 14 days of receiving the shipment. The items must be unworn and in re-saleable condition as determined by our detective dogs at D-fa.  

This means we cannot accept returns that have been worn (other than to check fit), washed, damaged or strained in any way, that smell (of dog, smoke or last nights curry), or are covered in hair, mud or any other doggy-detritus.  
Refunds are issued to the original form of payment within 7 business days of receiving the return. To return item(s) please follow these instructions.  

Please repackage the items in a way that protects them in the reshipping. If items are damaged in return shipping, we may not be able to refund the purchase.  

To help us with processing the return, please complete our returns slip and place with your return item(s).  Also email woof@d-fa.com to let us know you are sending us a package.  

If you do not wish to print the page then please email woof@d-fa.com with the same information and please also put a note in the package with your name, address and what would you like this replaced with (style, size, colour) so we can promptly complete your return.

Shipping Cost Coverage  
Our policy when it comes to charging for things that you can’t eat, wear or enjoy (like shipping) is ‘is that fair?’ So:  
D-fa will pay the shipping for order inaccuracies and defective merchandise, providing that the damage was not caused by you.  

We are also happy to pay shipping to send you a new size if your original order does not fit. Unless by prior arrangement you will be responsible for covering the shipping for the return of the original jacket.   

Multiple returns and exchanges may incur additional shipping charges but we will always work this out in a way that is fair to everyone concerned. You dig?   

If your order has arrived damaged
Please save the original packaging and the damaged goods. Growl at us and we put things right by sending you a new item and a pack to return the damaged one to us.
