INSPIRED BY: An agility dog with neck and shoulder stiffness
The Snoodle is like a neck gaiter or a snug for dogs. We wanted to call it the Wuff-Muff, but some people didn’t dig it and took offense. Go figure! The Snoodle extends the coverage of any jacket to the upper cervical spine and adds a layer of merino-toasty warmth around the shoulder area. This highly vascular area pumps the warmed blood around the rest of the body. It’s the doggy equivalent of wearing a turtleneck. The Snoodle does not restrict movement of the head or shoulders and provides additional warmth without weight or bulk.

you'll dig
  • Made from 100% New Zealand merino
  • Warms without restricting movement or adding bulk
  • Soft, low irritant and easy to wear
  • Can be worn with any jacket, but looks best with a D-fa
wear it
  • For extra warmth around the neck and shoulders
  • For dogs prone to or suffering from shoulder problems*

*The Snoodle is not a medicinal garment, but assists in alleviating discomfort and easing further shoulder injury by warming the shoulder area.

ABOUT MERINOAlways Toasty, Seldom Stinky

New Zealand merino wool is one of nature’s greatest gifts. Grown at high altitude, Merino fiber is lighter than traditional wool, is soft, easy to wear and care for, and its natural odor-suppressing qualities are legendary. Our felted merino used in the Ice-Barker® and Snoodle have a moderate level of water resistance and continue to insulate even when damp.

What are they saying about the Snoodle?

"“I've been meaning to give you some feedback on the Snoodle - I can't believe how much of a difference it makes! It really does ramp up the warmth factor :-)) I can imagine that with the Snoodle under the Puff-doggy she'll be super toasty."

K Grant (New Zealand)
"Some new phrases have entered our vocabulary: De-snoodle - its getting warmer, we can take the Snoodle off. And double-D-fa'd - its really, really cold, my dog is wearing an Ice-barker under a Sub-woofer (Christchurch last Sunday - snow on the hills and bitterly cold!)"
